Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana

प्रधानमंत्री उज्ज्वला योजना (PMUY) भारत सरकार के Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas द्वारा संचालित योजना है। इसे 1 मई 2016 को शुरू किया गया था ताकि गरीब परिवारों की वयस्क महिलाओं को deposit-free LPG connection उपलब्ध कराया जा सके। योजना का उद्देश्य स्वच्छ cooking fuel की पहुंच बढ़ाना और पारंपरिक ईंधनों पर निर्भरता कम करना है।

वर्तमान व्यवस्था में PMUY के अंतर्गत पात्र लाभार्थियों को deposit-free LPG connection के साथ पहला LPG refill और stove/hotplate भी मुफ्त प्रदान किया जाता है।

PMUY के वर्तमान आधिकारिक eligibility नियमों के अनुसार आवेदक 18 वर्ष या उससे अधिक उम्र की महिला होनी चाहिए और गरीब household से संबंधित होनी चाहिए। गरीब household के समर्थन में prescribed Deprivation Declaration लागू है। आवेदन वाले household में पहले से किसी Oil Marketing Company का अन्य LPG connection नहीं होना चाहिए।

PMUY में current eligibility को केवल किसी एक निश्चित वार्षिक आय सीमा से नहीं बांधा गया है। इसलिए किसी universal maximum income amount को निर्धारित नहीं माना जाना चाहिए।

PMUY के अंतर्गत deposit-free LPG connection दिया जाता है। वर्तमान official PMUY portal के अनुसार 14.2 kg connection के लिए connection assistance में cylinder security deposit ₹1,700, pressure regulator ₹150, LPG hose ₹100, Domestic Gas Consumer Card ₹25 तथा inspection, installation और demonstration charges ₹75 शामिल हैं। 5 kg connection के लिए संबंधित security deposit ₹950 है और अन्य listed components समान हैं।

सभी PMUY beneficiaries को पहला LPG refill और stove/hotplate मुफ्त प्रदान किया जाता है। FY 2025-26 के लिए केंद्र सरकार ने 14.2 kg cylinder पर प्रति refill ₹300 की targeted subsidy को अधिकतम 9 refills प्रति वर्ष तक मंजूरी दी थी; 5 kg cylinder के लिए subsidy proportionately prorated थी। Subsidy policy को financial year और नवीनतम सरकारी आदेश के अनुसार जांचना चाहिए।

PMUY आवेदन के लिए मुख्य दस्तावेजों में KYC application form, आवेदक का Aadhaar, वर्तमान पता अलग होने पर approved proof of address, State ration card या family composition प्रमाणित करने वाला अन्य सरकारी दस्तावेज, संबंधित adult family members के Aadhaar, applicant के bank account details तथा prescribed Deprivation Declaration शामिल हैं।

Migrant applicants के लिए prescribed Self Declaration/Annexure-I का उपयोग किया जा सकता है। आवेदन की स्थिति और दस्तावेजों की वर्तमान आवश्यकताओं के लिए आधिकारिक PMUY portal को प्राथमिकता दें।

PMUY के लिए आवेदन online या nearest authorized LPG distributor के माध्यम से किया जा सकता है। Online आवेदन के लिए official PMUY portal पर उपलब्ध संबंधित Oil Marketing Company के application option का उपयोग किया जाता है। Offline आवेदन में applicant को KYC और आवश्यक documents के साथ nearest LPG distributor के पास आवेदन जमा करना होता है।

1. अपनी PMUY eligibility जांचें।
2. KYC और आवश्यक documents तैयार करें।
3. Official PMUY portal से online application करें या nearest LPG distributor से offline आवेदन करें।
4. OMC/distributor द्वारा documents और household LPG connection की verification पूरी होने की प्रतीक्षा करें।
5. Approval के बाद deposit-free LPG connection, first refill और stove/hotplate की सुविधा प्राप्त करें।

PMUY की official website पर scheme information, State-wise और District-wise data उपलब्ध है। Individual application या connection status के लिए applicant को संबंधित LPG Oil Marketing Company या distributor के prescribed channel का उपयोग करना पड़ सकता है। किसी unofficial beneficiary-list website पर व्यक्तिगत जानकारी दर्ज न करें।

PMUY LPG subsidy targeted DBT व्यवस्था के माध्यम से beneficiary के linked bank account में transfer की जाती है। Subsidy से संबंधित स्थिति जानने के लिए beneficiary को अपने LPG distributor/OMC तथा bank account से संबंधित official records की जांच करनी चाहिए। यदि subsidy प्राप्त नहीं हुई है, तो Aadhaar-bank linking, LPG consumer details और DBT status की जांच करना उपयोगी है।

Subsidy amount और annual refill limit को हमेशा नवीनतम Government of India notification के अनुसार देखें क्योंकि यह financial year के अनुसार बदल सकती है।

• 1 मई 2016: प्रधानमंत्री उज्ज्वला योजना का शुभारंभ।
• 2021: Ujjwala 2.0 phase शुरू किया गया।
• FY 2025-26: ₹300 प्रति 14.2 kg cylinder की targeted subsidy को अधिकतम 9 refills प्रति वर्ष तक मंजूरी दी गई।
• 2025-26: PMUY के अंतर्गत 25 लाख अतिरिक्त LPG connections को मंजूरी दी गई।

ऐसे household जिनमें पहले से किसी Oil Marketing Company का LPG connection मौजूद है, वे सामान्य PMUY new-connection eligibility को पूरा नहीं करते। 18 वर्ष से कम आयु की महिला PMUY applicant नहीं हो सकती। योजना को सभी महिलाओं के लिए बिना eligibility verification के automatic free LPG connection के रूप में नहीं समझना चाहिए।

PMUY की जानकारी पढ़ते समय historical और current rules को अलग रखें। पुरानी PMUY eligibility, connection assistance और subsidy rules को वर्तमान नियम न मानें। Subsidy amount और refill limit government के financial-year decisions के अनुसार बदल सकती है। आवेदन केवल official PMUY portal या authorized LPG distributor/OMC channel से करें।

आवेदक के household में existing LPG connection की जानकारी सही देना आवश्यक है। e-KYC और Aadhaar-related verification के लिए official PMUY instructions का पालन करें।

PMUY से संबंधित LPG ecosystem में PAHAL (DBTL) subsidy transfer mechanism तथा Oil Marketing Companies की LPG consumer services शामिल हैं। PMUY को सामान्य LPG subsidy या सभी LPG consumers के लिए उपलब्ध योजनाओं के साथ अलग-अलग समझना चाहिए।

प्रधानमंत्री उज्ज्वला योजना गरीब परिवारों की वयस्क महिलाओं को deposit-free LPG connection उपलब्ध कराने की केंद्र सरकार की प्रमुख योजना है। पात्र beneficiaries को connection के साथ पहला refill और stove/hotplate मुफ्त मिलता है तथा PMUY consumers के लिए targeted LPG subsidy government decisions के अनुसार उपलब्ध हो सकती है। आवेदन से पहले वर्तमान eligibility, documents और subsidy rules को official PMUY portal पर verify करना चाहिए।
